Shipping & Returns


During the National Lockdown in South Africa, we have to make use of another courier company that is able to operate during this time. Unfortunately we have to charge a standard R100 delivery fee for all deliveries. Order Processing and delivery generally takes 3-5 business days from payment date.
Once your order is handed over to our courier service provider you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can also  track your order by logging into your account.

For international orders, please email us at with the details of the items that you want to order and your delivery address and we can then send you a quote on how much delivery will be.


Our Returns Policy is strictly 14 days after receiving the product and no returns or exchanges can be honoured after 14 days.

 - Non-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery address are not subject to a refund.
 - Orders that arrive in the destination country and are not collected from the post office are deemed delivered and will not be refunded.
- Returns and other refunds will only be considered on products that are defective.
- Items must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a refund.
